1.1 This Agreement is a contract between you and “Er Shan Mini Program” (hereinafter referred to as “this Platform” or “we”) regarding your use of various products, services, and related functions provided by this Platform (hereinafter referred to as “this Service”).

(iv) Insulting or defaming others, or infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(v) Infringing upon others’ intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or other legitimate rights and interests;

(vi) Using this Service to engage in fraud, pyramid schemes, or other illegal activities;

(vii) Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of this Service or related systems;

(viii) Other activities that violate laws, regulations, or public order and good customs.

3.2 You may not use automated programs, crawlers, or other technical means to access or scrape data from this Platform without authorization.

4.1 All content on this Platform, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software, logos, trademarks, and patents, is protected by intellectual property laws and regulations.

4.2 You retain the intellectual property rights to the content you upload or post during your use of this Service; however, you grant this Platform a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for the purposes of providing services, promotion, and marketing.

4.3 You guarantee that the content you upload or post does not infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests. If disputes arising from infringement are triggered by content you post, you shall bear all legal responsibilities.

8.1 If you violate the terms of this Agreement, we have the right to demand that you immediately cease the breaching conduct and compensate for all losses caused to us or third parties.

8.2 If content you post is subject to infringement complaints by rights holders, we have the right to take necessary measures such as deletion, blocking, or disconnecting links based on the complaint.

9.1 The conclusion, execution, and interpretation of this Agreement and the resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (for the purposes of this Agreement, excluding the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region, and Taiwan).

9.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly consultation between the parties; if consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people’s court at the location of this Platform.

10.1 If any provision of this Agreement is partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding upon both parties.

10.2 Matters not covered by this Agreement shall be governed by other relevant rules or announcements of this Platform. In case of conflict between this Agreement and other rules, this Agreement shall prevail.

10.3 The headings in this Agreement are provided for convenience of reading only and do not affect the interpretation of the provisions.
